Our Master’s program is designed to provide regular work-outs and instruction to best meet the needs of each individual in the program. From general work-out programs, to training plans for an Ironman Triathlon, we have something for you. Whatever your skill level, we encourage you to come out and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
The classes are held in two of the 50-meter lap lanes during the evening hours at the pool. We will have two coaches on deck to meet your needs. |
